US-based WaterStone Bank has appointed Marlene Molter as vice president and director of human resources.

Molter, most recently regional human resources partner for Associated Bank, will oversee HR for the bank, which currently employs 185 people across 12 locations in suburban Milwaukee and a commercial real estate branch in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
