Bristol-based recruiter Rosemont has expanded its leadership team with the promotion of Paul Blackwell to research manager.

Blackwell will lead research teams supporting the firm’s construction and property, consulting engineering and architecture practices.

He will also be responsible for the ongoing professional development of the team through the Rosemont Academy, which was established in 2015.
