Technology and change staffing specialist Nicoll Curtin has promoted Cem Ballikaya to head of sales from team leader.

Ballikaya’s newly-created role aims to take business development away from key account consultants so they can focus time and resources on maintaining client service and candidate care.

Andrew Hathaway and Glyn Phillipson have been appointed co-heads of financial services.

All three are based in London.

Meanwhile, Sam Thorley, UK head of banking, is relocating from London to Nicoll Curtin’s Singapore division to recruit for roles across the Asia-Pacific region.
