International IT recruiter Montreal Associates has appointed Sandrine Leclercq as director to lead its new Frankfurt office.

Leclercq, previously a manager within the company, is charged with further developing its presence in Germany servicing both the permanent and contract markets.

The firm’s new office is in An der Welle district in Frankfurt.
