Russian internet company Mail.Ru Group has sold 100% of its shares in job board HeadHunter to an investor consortium led by Elbrus Capital for RUB9.85bn (£0.09bn).

Mail.Ru Group has been the owner of HeadHunter, which covers Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Belarus and Azerbaijan, for six years.

Elbrus Capital is a Russia and CIS-focused private equity business.
