Healthcare staffing specialist H1 Healthcare has appointed Suhail Mirza as chairman.

Mirza joined the firm last September as a non-executive director.

The employment lawyer had a family healthcare business in England for 12 years, which employed over 200 people and was sold at the end of 2014.
