FINANCIALS: Strong Q4 boosts 51job’s full-year performance

China-based integrated human resources services provider 51job grew its net fee income (NFI) by 74% in the final quarter of 2015, contributing to a 41% rise in NFI for the whole of 2015.

China-based integrated human resources services provider 51job grew its net fee income (NFI) by 74% in the final quarter of 2015, contributing to a 41% rise in NFI for the whole of 2015.

The company’s financial performance was boosted by a 15.5% rise in revenue from its online services in the final quarter, and a 16.2% jump in revenue from other HR services.

Revenue for full-year 2015 rose by 10.8% from RMB1.897bn (£200m) in 2014 to RMB2.102bn (£230m).

Commenting on the results, Rick Yan, president and chief executive said: “The mandate to the salesforce to focus on up-selling more sophisticated online offerings to our core employer base and to improve cross-selling of other value-added HR services saw clear progress throughout the year.”
