Insurance agency Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty (AGCS) has appointed Dot Cownie as global head of human resources (HR)

Based in London, Cownie joins AGCS from Barclays Bank where she was head of organisational development for global operations and investment bank operations & technology.

She will lead AGCS’ global HR team of circa 100 specialists worldwide, with a particular focus on talent development and building leadership capabilities at all levels of the company.

AGCS employs more than 5,000 people in 29 locations worldwide.
