ZRG Partners appoints Monteiro CEO

Executive search and talent management firm ZRG Partners has appointed Denys Monteiro as chief executive.

Executive search and talent management firm ZRG Partners has appointed Denys Monteiro as chief executive.

Monteiro was most recently CEO of Brazilian executive search firm Fesa.

ZRG has also appointed four new managing directors, two of which will work across the firm’s new office in Rio de Janeiro.

The managing directors are:

• Aldo Bergamasco, also head of the consumer goods practice, based in Sao Paulo

• Rodrigo Byrro, head of the TMT (technology, media and telecom) practice, also in Sao Paulo

• Geraldo Teixeira, head of the insurance practice in Brazil, across both the firm’s Sao Paulo and Rio de Janeiro offices

• Leonardo Ribeiro, head of the education and healthcare practices in Brazil, also across Sao Paulo and Rio de Janeiro.
