The Vistria Group buys US Supplemental Health Care

Chicago, US-based private equity firm The Vistria Group has completed its acquisition of Utah-based healthcare staffing firm Supplemental Health Care.

Chicago, US-based private equity firm The Vistria Group has completed its acquisition of Utah-based healthcare staffing firm Supplemental Health Care.

Vistria operating partners Greg Palmer and Ron Malone will serve on Supplemental Health Care's board as chairperson and vice-chairperson respectively.

Janet Elkin, who has served as Supplemental Health Care's chief executive since 2010, and the company's existing leadership team will continue to operate and manage the company.

Financial terms were not disclosed.
