International recruitment-to-recruitment agency Paddington Partners has appointed Beth Cronin as senior consultant to lead its new office in Dubai.

Cronin joins from Dubai-based recruiter MacKenzie Jones where she was a consultant.

The firm also has offices in London, Singapore and Hong Kong.
