IT service provider to recruiters Kamanchi has appointed Guy Deterding as managing director.

Deterding, who previously worked as an interim chief information officer at various organisations, succeeds Raymond Pennie, who takes on a non-executive director role with the company.

He is based at the firm’s London office.
