Capita Document & Information Services has appointed Andrea Cadd as talent development manager.

Cadd has been with the international business process outsourcing and professional services company since 2003, joining from Capita’s Talent Partnerships business.

She is based in Gresham Street, London, while her remit covers the firm’s locations in London, Birmingham, Bristol and Cambridge.
