Global boutique recruiter Ambition has launched a new subdivision of its UK business, Ambition+.

Led by head of diversity services Sally Clare, the Ambition+ business is solely dedicated to creating a more diverse workforce, working with organisations across the professional and financial services markets to provide guidance on the challenges faced in respect to diversity and, in particular, gender diversity.
