Syft, an app that helps recruit hospitality staff, has been launched this month.

It allows employers to hire one or many employees through the app in just minutes, while Syft handles all payroll and tax obligations.

Jobseekers appearing on the app are pre-vetted and/or trained before being allowed access to the app.

It was founded by Jack Beaman and Novo Abakare who, according to a company statement, were frustrated by the temporary work on offer when they were at university.
