Global consulting firm Mercer has acquired CPSG Partners, a US-listed Workday services partner. 

According to Mercer, the deal significantly expands the size and capabilities of its existing Workday practice, while providing a global distribution channel for CPSG. 

It enables Mercer to provide Workday’s cloud-based finance and HR services across a broader array of industry segments and employer sizes.

Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
