China is looking to remove career barriers for top foreign talent eligible to work at research and education institutions, according to China Daily.

China is looking to remove career barriers for top foreign talent eligible to work at research and education institutions, according to China Daily

Plans include establishing a recruitment mechanism within these institutions to take international applications and guiding foreign experts to participate in national science and technology programmes. 

State Administration of Foreign Expert Affairs spokesman Gao Xiang reportedly said bureaucracy, lack of transparency and language were currently barriers to such jobs.
