Leeds-headquartered construction recruiter Caval has opened an office in Hull and appointed Ellis Branagan as lead.

The firm’s managing director Graham Hunt said in a statement Hull was chosen because of investment in it as the City of Culture 2017, the availability of skilled construction workers and transport links to London and the North.

According to Branagan’s LinkedIn profile, she was previously a principal consultant with Hays.
