Contractor, freelancer and recruiter services provider ADVANCE has appointed Andrew Coates as group finance director.

Coates joins the Chester-based firm from civil engineering firm Auctus Management Group, where he was finance director, according to his LinkedIn profile.

Meanwhile, Anna Sills has been promoted to the newly created position of customer service & communications director from sales, marketing and communications director, according to her LinkedIn profile.
