Active Staffing Services buys Blass Employment in the US

New York-headquartered temporary staffing provider Active Staffing Services has acquired Manhattan-based industrial sector temp agency Blass Employment Corporation.

According to an Active statement, the deal opens up niches in the industrial market not previously offered, as well as extending its client base and the number of temporary workers on its books.

Integration is expected to be completed over the next month. 

Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
