US healthcare staffing firm Supplemental Health Care has spun off its recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) division into a new company, Clinical Magnet.

US healthcare staffing firm Supplemental Health Care has spun off its recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) division into a new company, Clinical Magnet.

In a statement, Supplemental Health Care chief executive Janet Elkin said the firm began providing RPO services in 2013 but realised a need for a more focussed approach.

Travis Furlow, a 20-year RPO industry veteran, has been named president of the new company. He was previously vice president and general manager of Supplemental Health Care's RPO division.
