Talent management firm Stafforce Personnel has appointed Lisa Gainsford as its new chief executive.

Talent management firm Stafforce Personnel has appointed Lisa Gainsford as its new chief executive.

The former managing director of Randstad Inhouse Services originally joined the group in April this year in an interim role.

Gainsford has been working with firm’s executive team to develop a strategic growth plan that will see it launch the Nicholas Associates Group in January next year.

The new group brings together the Stafforce Recruitment, Nicholas Associates and Apprentice Employment Agency brands, complemented by a number of other specialist offerings including graduate placement, consultancy and software.
