Sheffield Haworth has made two senior appointments.

The international executive search firm has appointed Jennifer Novack as managing director, head of global real estate practice. Novack, who joins from executive search firm Sousou Partners where she was managing partner, is based in New York.

Meanwhile, Mark Dixon has been appointed managing director within the firm’s global technology practice in London. He joins from global executive search firm CTPartners where he was a partner in the firm’s global chief information officer (CIO) practice.
