The last two days saw the launch of the Recruiter Show, including the ‘R Factor: Recruitment’s Got Talent’, during which recruiters were able to showcase their other talents. 

Singers Matt Cameron, director of Ocean Partnership, and Effi Gounaris, team leader at Vivid Resourcing, entertained their peers during a drinks reception.

"Recruitment is all about talent – and we wanted to share some of the incredible behind-the-scenes talent our recruiters have," said Recruiter editor DeeDee Doke. "Not only are Matt and Effi great recruiters, they are top entertainers too!"

Recruiter caught up with Cameron and Gounaris before they took to the stage – watch the video below to find out how they prepared and to see some photos of other fun aspects of the show.

Content highlights of the show included a keynote presentation from recruitment guru Dr John Sullivan; launch of the Recruiter-Clearwater International European FAST 50; advice on how to create quality events; and thoughts from Jill Thornton of Blue Arrow, Cath Possamai of Capita, Gregory Allen of Lloyds Register, and more.
