Randstad Canada has appointed Marc-Étienne Julien as chief executive, a newly created position for the Canadian operations, effective immediately. 

Julien has been with Randstad Canada for more than 14 years, most recently serving as president of the general staffing, professionals and in-house services division.

In his new role, Julien has strategic oversight of all of the Canadian business operations and will report directly to Linda Galipeau, Randstad North America CEO.
