Italian energy and telecoms cables and services provider Prysmian Group has launched a recruitment campaign, ‘Make it’, aimed at engineers and technical people with manufacturing experience for its worldwide locations. 

The group is not only aiming to identify the industry’s top talent, but develop it too. 

Plans include a four-year professional pathway, including training through the group’s own manufacturing academy in Turkey, to be opened in January.
