Global executive search and interim management provider Norrie Johnston Recruitment has appointed Mark Gillham as recruitment director.

Gillham, who will focus on technology and business transformation appointments, joins from executive search firm Rapid Search & Interim, where he was associate director for IT & business transformation.

Meanwhile, Richard Rogerson also joins as an associate. Rogerson was most recently a project manager with software firm Hitachi Solutions.
