Global recruiter Hydrogen Group has appointed Lee Chant as chief operating officer for EMEA [Europe, Middle East and Africa]. 

London-based Chant joins from multi-sector recruiter Hays where he was managing director for IT and telecoms, UK & Ireland. His area of focus will be Hydrogen’s technology, business transformation, oil & gas, power and finance practices.

Chant had been with Hays since 1989.
