Business outsourcing provider Capita has appointed John Cresswell as non-executive director.

Cresswell joined Capita’s board on 17 November, slightly earlier than the previously announced date of 1 December.

He is appointed to the group’s nomination, remuneration, and audit and risk committees and will take over as chair of the remuneration committee from 1 December.
