Human capital management solutions provider ADP has appointed Jeff Phipps as general manager for ADP UK.

Phipps was previously executive vice president and general manager for Germany, Austria & Switzerland [DACH] at technology solutions provider Systemax. 

He succeeds David Foskett, who moves to senior vice president sales for EMEA, LATAM [Latin America] and Asia-Pac at ADP.

Meanwhile, Mark Fiander joins ADP UK as strategy and marketing director.

Fiander joins ADP from the Money Advice Service, where he was executive director for strategy, proposition and innovation.
