US recruiter General Employment Enterprises has acquired Denver-based IT recruiter Access Data Consulting Corporation.

Under terms of the sale and purchase agreement, General Employment acquired 100% of the Access Data common stock for a combination of consideration, including cash, stock and seller financing. A specific monetary figure was not given.

Access Data founder, chief executive and president William Daniel Dampier (known as Dan Dampier), will continue to lead the business as president. He also joins General Employment’s senior leadership team to help execute its growth strategy.
