Global executive search and interim management specialist Norrie Johnston Recruitment has appointed Marc Harris as recruitment director. 

Harris was most recently with Rapid Search and Interim, where he was an associate director specialising in finance, programme & project management and HR recruitment.

He is based in Windsor.
