Graham Beatty has returned to global executive search firm Heidrick & Struggles within its Americas real estate sector within the financial services practice.  

Beatty, who will head up the division, was most recently an executive search consultant at Russell Reynolds but has had two previous stints at H&S as a senior associate and an associate. 

He will be based in the firm's New York office.
