AGP brings key appointments on board

Mid-market search business AGP, part of the Norman Broadbent Group, has made several key appointments across its technology, media and telecoms (TMT), life sciences, HR and consumer & retail practice areas.

Paul Strangeway joined as director to co-head the TMT practice. He most recently worked at business insight and talent consultancy eg.1 as senior engagement manager, and at executive search firm Korn Ferry Futurestep, where he was a senior consultant. 

Also joining the TMT practice is Stephen Baldock, who will work alongside Strangeway as associate director. He joins from recruiter Harvey Nash, where he was senior technical recruiter. 

Minesh Ghelani was appointed director of both the life sciences and HR practices. He joins from the Astralis Recruitment Group, where he was a director.

Also appointed director was Marc Kramers, who joins AGP’s consumer & retail practice.

He joins from recruiter Investigo, where he was associate director, international supply chain and procurement. 

All are based in London.
