Workforce management solutions company Agile-1 has appointed François de Yrigoyen as country general manager for France.

He has joined to set up the US-headquartered recruiter’s operations in France and has more than 25 years’ international management experience, including vice president of sales & marketing for ManpowerGroup’s North Asia business.
