Westbourne Public Sector, a division of recruiter Westbourne Partners, has appointed Joe Palmer as public sector client partner.
Palmer places clinical/IT trainers within NHS trusts.
Meanwhile, Jack Shaughnessy, Shahbeb Ahmed and Ben Ainger join the firm’s IT recruitment brand Westbourne Technology as consultants.
All the new recruits are based in London.
