Toys 'R' Us has appointed Tim Grace as executive vice president, global chief talent officer.

Grace, who joins from cosmetic giant L’Oréal, where he was group VP HR, will oversee all global HR functions, including organisational design, talent acquisition, succession planning, learning, change management, and labour and employee relations, as well as compensation and benefits. 

He will be based in the US in Wayne, New Jersey.
