Security services provider Securitas has appointed Karen Morris-Lanz as HR director.

She joins from HR consultancy Waponi HR and will be responsible for Securitas’ overall HR strategy, including recruitment.

Morris-Lanz has held HR roles at Network Rail, and retailers Next Group and Marks & Spencer. She will be based at Securitas' new security operating centre in Milton Keynes.
