International HR consulting group Penna Consulting has appointed Penny de Valk as executive director.

International HR consulting group Penna Consulting has appointed Penny de Valk as executive director. 

She is the managing director of Penna Talent Practice, the firm's global talent division, and now joins the firm’s board.

The former chief executive of the Institute of Leadership and Management joined Penna in December 2013, following the company's acquisition of the UK-listed HR consulting firm, Savile Group, where she was CEO of its subsidiary Fairplace Cedar.
