Energy and technology staffing specialist Oscar has promoted Matthew Southworth to director.

Southworth joined Oscar in 2006 as trainee consultant and has risen through the ranks at the company. He was most recently associate director, where he played a pivotal role in developing Oscar Technology.

He will continue working with the Oscar Technology teams as the division seeks to expand into the European technology market.
