Japan’s Outsourcing buys stake in Ntrinsic

Japanese recruiter Outsourcing, which recently acquired Australian recruiter Bluefin Resources, has bought a 65% stake in UK and Belgium-based Ntrinsic Holdings and Ntrinsic Consulting Resources.

Japanese recruiter Outsourcing, which recently acquired Australian recruiter Bluefin Resources, has bought a 65% stake in UK and Belgium-based Ntrinsic Holdings and Ntrinsic Consulting Resources.

The companies provide independent, freelance Oracle software consultants in 18 European countries. 

In a statement, Outsourcing said the acquisition would drive globalisation of its IT business.

The deal was closed on 25 August with a total price tag of ¥1,241m (£6.8m).
