Hybrid workforce solutions specialist Gibbs S3 has appointed Jacqueline Vasey director of talent management solutions for EMEA.

Vasey joins from international engineering and design recruiter Morson Group, where she was international business and client development director for the energy, oil & gas sector.

She works across the firm’s Manchester and London offices.
