Olivia Spruce has been appointed as managing director of CIP Recruitment Services healthcare recruiter brands Synergy Personnel Solutions and Lifeline Recruitment Solutions.

Spruce joins from healthcare staffing specialist HCL, where she was an associate director, and is based in London.
