Sage Group has appointed Sandra Campopiano as chief people officer.

Campopiano joins the technology company from Thomas Cook, where she was also CPO, and will be responsible for all aspects of HR globally, including strategic HR planning, talent acquisition and development, reward and organisational development.  

Based in London, her remit also includes increasing digital skills and accelerating diversity at Sage Group.

She joins the firm’s executive committee and reports to chief executive Stephen Kelly.
