Executive recruiter Antal International has opened an office in Panama through a franchise agreement with Kevin Escobar and Eysa Reyes.

While neither Escobar nor Reyes has recruitment experience, Antal will train them, as well as any future employees. 

Escobar has a senior management-level experience in the telecoms industry, while Reyes has a background in management consulting, project management, banking and finance. 

Both managing partners, they will initially specialise in telecoms, banking, management consultancy and finance sectors. 

According to a company statement, Antal believes Panama is the “Hong Kong of Latin America” and South America had been in its “strategic pipeline”.
