Global recruiter Randstad has announced its innovation fund – Randstad Innovation Fund (RIF) – is investing an undisclosed sum in Checkster, an online talent reference tool.

As a strategic corporate venture fund, RIF is building a portfolio of early stage HR technology investments. RIF invests in companies at the forefront of technology, with the aim of boosting external innovation within the Randstad Group.
