Paul Groce is to rejoin executive search firm Heidrick & Struggles as a partner within its New York office.

Groce joins from CTPartners, where he was managing partner and built the executive search firm’s chief information/technical officer leadership teams at senior levels.

He was previously with Heidrick & Struggles until 2005, where he was an associate.
