International recruitment and search consultancy Eames Consulting Group has promoted Ruth Foster to director of HR and operations.

Foster was previously partner and senior manager of HR operations and joined the business in 2010 as a principal consultant and transferred to HR in 2010.

During her time with the business, she has implemented a learning and development programme, a new corporate social responsibility (CSR) scheme and re-aligned the company’s employee benefits scheme.

She is based in London.
