Business management solutions provider Talentia Software has launched a new human capital management (HCM) recruitment module.

The module features analytics dashboards displaying talent, workforce, training and recruitment KPI (key performance indicator) information and enables HR or recruiting managers to access a complete history of received CVs over the last three years.

The module is also integrated with professional social networking sites and links directly to job boards so multiple vacancies can be posted.
