ICT and engineering consultancy Roc Search has announced that Trevor Doran will be promoted to the board as sales director – head of engineering.

He joins recent fellow promotion Gavin Dent, permanent divisional head, on the board. 

Doran, who has been in the recruitment industry for more than 10 years, joined Roc Search in 2012 as engineering business manager, where he was responsible for building an engineering arm alongside its IT division. 

Based in Reading, Doran is tasked with opening new offices in the UK and internationally.
